The B1 Business Visitor Visa is a visa that allows you to visit the USA for business purposes for up to 6 months.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR A B1 AND B2 VISA?

You are eligible to apply for a B1 or B2 visa if you are not able to apply for an ESTA.

B1 AND B2 VISA CONDITIONS

The conditions on a Visitor B2 are:
• It is valid for a visit to the USA for tourism or to visit friends or relatives;
• It is valid for an initial visit of up to six (6) months; and
• You may not work while in the USA.

The conditions on a Business Visitor B1 are:
• It is valid for a visit to the USA for business meetings, conventions, conferences;
• It is valid for an initial visit of up to six (6) months; and
• You may not engage in employment or any commercial activity that will result in financial gain.
